Preet graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2023, equipped with a diverse skill set including myofascial release, Swedish techniques, sports prehab and rehab, neurological and connective tissue disorders, as well as stress reduction and relaxation massage. Preet’s journey into massage therapy took an unexpected turn from her initial career in the environmental sector when she completed her yoga teacher training course. This experience ignited her passion for holistic health care, leading her to enroll in the RMT program.
Her lifelong pursuit of movement and well-being began in her childhood, where she immersed herself in volleyball, a passion that carried through to her collegiate years. Following the conclusion of her volleyball career, she transitioned her focus to outdoor activities, such as surfing, mountain biking, and skiing. Presently, Preet finds joy in being outside, participating in mixed martial arts, reading, exploring new destinations, eating good food, and spending time with friends and family.
Heidi has been driven by the spirit of adventure leading to travel and experiences that have influenced her relationship with traditional medicine and healing techniques such as meditation. However, she has found her true stride with massage therapy.
Heidi graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) in 2017 where she was able to explore several disciplines and develop her own mix of preferred styles and focuses. Sport and injury based techniques are balanced by her soft spot for geriatric and palliative care therapies. Heidi employs the use of Myofascial Release and Swedish massage techniques to optimize relaxation, speed recovery, and for general wellness of body and mind. Heidi’s treatment goals allow her to connect with the client’s desired outcomes including post treatment education and individually tailored exercises that are both fun and functional.
